I was starting to think the www.peopleofwalmart.com was encouraging people to dress up for visiting that fine institution of "falling prices" and some of the postings were fake. This one takes the cake, not for crazy clothing choices, not for some piece of flesh seeing the light of day that should be covered year-round, but for the mere fact that someone was able to snap a photo of this in the first place. WT-WTF, indeed.
