Don't ask, don't tell

This was in the driveway of my friend's house. There's a very good
reason for it...

    1 - the octuplets mom is your friends aunt?
    2 - 18 kids and counting? The Duggars are coming for a visit too?
    3 - your friend works for the health department in child safety promoting proper use of car seats?
